The whole investment of Dunhuang Seed Pioneer HI-bred Company Ltd. is 200 million dollars, Dnhuang Seed occupies 51% of shares and Pioneer occupies 49% of shares, the joint venture engage in research and development, production, processing, selling and other related business of hybrid corn seed.

Gansu Dunhuang Seed Co., Ltd has 25 sub-companies including seed, cotton and agricultural products processing, it is one of the Leading Key Company of Agricultural Industrialization Strategy approved jointly by eight state ministries including the Ministry of Agriculture.
